I am the Executive Fitness Coordinator for General Dynamics in Ypsilanti!
I bring Yoga Ball to this facility, helping folks relieve back tension, fatigue and reduce stress by performing group exercise with the Swiss Ball!
Not only is it good for your back, shoulders and neck, but it invigorates your work day, so you will feel more energized, relaxed and happier! And…….. your co-workers will benefit from your feeling great too!
I also end every session with a wonderful piece of Dark Belgian Chocolate (73%) from New Tree Chocolates! Everyone who participates, receives a small bar as well as a cool note!
